Passive - Precision
Every successful attack and ability places a mark of protection on Morin at five stacks the cooldown for Tactical maneuver is refreshed immediately and more in gains 12 to 26% life steal.
Moren's major method to deal damage is to leverage his passive to refresh the first ability. Thus pick items that increase attack speed can help more to quickly gain 5 stacks of the mark.
Ability 1 - Tactical Maneuver
Moren's movement speed is increased by 40% for 1.5 seconds. Its next normal attack within five seconds fires two bullets, each dealing 25 physical damage. Moren also gains armor and magic defense for 5 seconds. These effects can be extended by successfully landing normal attacks up to 10 times.
Moren's first ability makes the two bullets normal attack available for 5 seconds, this means before any fight Moren can first activate tactical maneuver and within 5 seconds he can indeed fire it twice continuously.
Ability 2 - Impact Barrage
Moren knocks back enemies and deals physical damage, also reduces enemy movement speed by 30% for two seconds. Moren's only life-saving ability, use it only when it's needed. It should be used for knocking back close enemy targets and melting down their attack.
Ultimate - Magnetic Storm
Moren launches a magnetic grenade towards the target area. The explosion triggers a magnetic storm over 2.5 seconds dealing physical damage 6 times to enemies in the area and reducing their movement speed by 50%.
Enemies knocked into the storm and by impact barrage are also stunned for 1.5 seconds. Magnetic storm is recommended to unleash behind enemy targets.

Moren is very efficient for cleaning monsters. The first ability can boost his dual defense, the passive can provide life steal. Both will help him gain extra endurance so when there is no wave to clean jungling is still not a bad choice.
Moren doesn't have dash ability so don't get caught. It's recommended to take flicker as summoner skill. When facing the enemy alone, Moren can use the first ability to boost movement speed or use flicker to teleport and get away.
Moren's combat combo is using the first ability to quickly join the fight, unleash the ultimate and use the second ability to push the enemy into the storm and stun him at the end use normal attack. To complete the kill the combo sequence is 1 + ultimate + 2.

Slimz the Trustworthy sensed a new business opportunity in Moren's weapon forging abilities. After haggling over the price, the two eventually signed a lifetime contract. From then on, Slimz had complete ownership of all weapons created by Moren. In return, Moren received several precious mechanical diagrams, an endless supply of materials, and the Castle of Alchemy. This partnership made both parties extremely wealthy, but it also made them the new target of the Army of the Fallen.
Following a joint assault by Preyta and Skud, the Castle of Alchemy suffered a devastating defeat. Slimz hoped to retain at least some influence,but he had nothing left to bargain with, and could not persuade the stubborn Moren to stop resisting. He had no choice but to terminate the contract and make Moren a free agent again. Deeply moved by this, Moren deployed his few remaining weapons at the castle and launched a final attack that halted the enemy's advance.
Moren's actions enraged Skud who, in a devastating fit of rage, completely annihilated the castle's defenses and all but destroyed Omega, who had recently arrived to aid the castle's defense . Moren was grateful yet resentful. Eventually, he followed Omega's advice and accepted a proposal by Thane, the human commander.
